(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)-certified facilities for kimchi production.

Intense Devotion to the Best-Tasting Kimchi

We use powdered red pepper, salted shrimps and salted anchovies, all of which are produced from Korea and of fair quality. During kimchi processing, we maintain an optimal temperature throughout a year, building an environment for low salinity and consistent flavor.
Additionally, kelps, anchovies, onions, radishes and more are boiled in water to extract broth.
